Dogwoof park
The Chesterton Parks Foundation invites you to partner in launching our newest community initiative: Dogwoof Park, a dedicated 2.3-acre off-leash dog facility located within Dogwood Park. Designed as a safe, vibrant hub for residents and visitors, this shovel-ready project turns an underutilized space into a catalyst for revitalizing Dogwood Park’s eastern 20 acres. Your support will directly fund park features and amenities that will make the space safe and comfortable for both pets and their owners. Visitors will also benefit from seamless connections to Dogwood Park’s existing infrastructure, such as restrooms, picnic shelters, playgrounds, and the Prairie Duneland and Westchester Liberty Trails. In partnership with the Porter County Community Foundation, your generosity will help build a tail-wagging haven where our four-legged family members can run, play, and thrive for years to come.
